When you sign-up for EmailValidator, the personal contact information that you share may be used by LeadSquared to send you promotional content in its products and services. You can opt-out of any such communication at any point of time by clicking 'unsubscribe' in the footer of any marketing message or send a letter to the postal address listed in the footer to opt-out from all future marketing messages.

EmailValidator has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his or her query to the EmailValidator's Client (the data controller). If the Client requests EmailValidator to remove the data, EmailValidator will respond to their Client's request within 5 business days.

Confidentiality of Information Supplied as a Part of the Verification Process

We agree to maintain as confidential all data supplied by users for the purposes of verification, to not disclose data to anyone within our organization without a need to receive it for the specific purpose for which it is being disclosed to us, and to not disclose this data to any third party except when required to do by law. In no event shall this data be used to contact any names, email addresses, postal addresses, or phone numbers provided to us.

Data Retention

EmailValidator will retain personal data processed on behalf of our Clients for at least 15 days from the date of processing. The data may be automatically deleted by EmailValidator afte 15 days unless the client makes and explicit request to retain the data. EmailValidator may retain the data for longer periods if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

How We Protect Your Information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers' database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
